SolBox Fitness Club is a Boxing and Fitness Gym in Miami specializing in group sessions, small groups, one-on-one private training, and strength and conditioning courses we collectively call Sol Box Fitness. Our Classic Boxing program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing, and the accompanying exercise routines as forms of fitness. A boxing workout requires minimal equipment for one to reach maximum results. This is old school boxing and fitness with a progressive approach in a positive and creative atmosphere.
Classic Boxing
Are you ready for a classic boxing workout? Our approach to boxing is nothing fancy, it’s fundamental and it’s a classic prescription for getting you into fighting shape. If your goal is to train for fun, for fitness, for sparring or an actual competition, we have a tried and true circuit with methods that can and will get you into fighting shape and push your limits. Increase your training stamina and sharpen your skills while learning the fundamentals of boxing at the same time. A good boxing class will push your cardio vascular and muscular endurance, but not all cardio and fitness boxing classes teach you about boxing. We’ve got all those bases covered.
Personal Training
Some people prefer a group setting others prefer one-on-one private training for their fitness needs. Here at SolBox Fitness Club we offer both services. One-on-one training sessions usually last 1 hour, but can also be for 30 minutes. Sessions can be boxing or fitness related, you tell us what you want to focus on and we’ll design a session just for you.
Sol Box Fitness
Sol Box Fitness classes are programmed around calisthenics, strength and conditioning and cardio vascular endurance. Again there is nothing fancy about our exercises, they are all fundamentally based movements with the goal of helping you get stronger and move better. Our instructors are, knowledgable, patient and creative. You can expect full body exercises during each session and all classes are suitable for all fitness levels. So if you’re just getting back on the track to becoming fit or just starting it, we can help you progress in a safe yet fun and challenging way.
